Fray Villalobos – A man of faith who seeks to share his faith to the Indios. He knows a lot about the culture of the Indios that they visited. Seems that he has always been multiple of times. With knowledge of how their food was prepared, he dines with them and discuss about their faith in the Tres Hermanas

 

 

Monja Barraquias – A friend of Fray Villalobos who went with him to his journey around the place wherein they dined with the Indios to know their culture and share the faith of Tres Hermanas. Curious about how their food was prepared, Monja developed an interest in jotting down every recipe needed in order to cook the food that they have just eaten. 

 

Indio Priest  - A native filipino priest who doesn't want to embrace Catholicism  whole-heartedly.
